    Thanks kht1 and everyone else who contributed to this fix. Microsoft KB article 315296 at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315296 describes how to reinstall COM+ and it's almost identical to the instructions at jsiinc.com. Unfortunately neither articles mentions the need...
