One of our customers has a IP 500v2 9.0.3 also having the same issue with the system rebooting. The IPO rebooted 16 times this morning but has been stable for the last 3 hours. throws the same error message every time:

I DOWNGRADED to .57 at this point - and the phantom ringing has now stopped.
What I observed through system monitoring is that we are still getting Incoming Abandoned calls every 30 minutes on Line 1 - which is the POTS... BUT, the IP Office is not seizing the line now. Before it was seizing...
Just installed one-x portal v6_0_21 and everything is operating as it should, until I noticed I have the System and External directory tabs but no Personal tab. Any ideas on how to get that to appear? The IPO is an IP500 V2 6.0(8)
I have several extensions routing thru an ARS with a call length limit of 5 minutes. Is there any way to route the outbound call thru VM Pro to play an announcement before the calls goes out?

Running IPO v4.2(4) and have incoming calls routed to and extension with 6 call appearances and the box next to Reserve Last Appearance is checked. There are 3 other phones which have 5 bridged appearances off of the 1st. The 4 phones should be able to receive 5 incoming calls and the 6th call...
Did some testing today. Took receptionist out of the collective hunt group and had the calls ring directly to her extension. Did not have a single issue transferring calls. Set the calls back to ringing the hunt group and the problems returned.
Have tried it using transfer, drop button as well as hanging up with the same result. Her phone was set up via user rights. I removed her from the user rights, reprogrammed the extension and rebooted the switch and still have the issue. Just a note, she also is using softconsole and you wind up...
