There is no jumper on the PCB related to the display. As I said, just replace the display, that's all there is, as long as the phone is working of course.
Have a look at the help files in BMS, you will find a lot of information and facts regarding power consumption.
A BP250 with a CPU, ELU-A and an IPU board is no problem for the power supply unit.
The strange acronyms like RYS/TYT/ROFNB/BKBN is part of Ericsson's ABC-coding system.
You need to have Ericsson (internal) document in order to decode these acronyms.
From my memory: RYS=firmware often in a chip, ROF=Printed circuit board.
The manual is included in the web based programming tool called BusinessPhone Management Suit, in short BMS.
You need this tool in order to do your LCR programming. Ask an Aastra dealer, they might help you with a copy of this program.
Yes, this is correct.
It is always very risky to connect base station at, or near the maximum cable length.
If you have access to the documentation, you will find a lot of information on expected cable length related to cable types and line noise. A good advice; never sell a system/installation...
The external power feeding (EPP) is connected to pair 1 and 2 on the RJ45. The two RJ45 sockets are connected in parallel and the EPP input is polarity independent.
N.B normally the maximum achievable cable length is limited by the data transmission and not by the power feeding.
I doubt this problem is related to a specific FW version as the dect system has been up and running before the PBX was shut down.
The signalling to and from the bases is quit sensitive for synchronization disturbances, loss of sync. could result in base station restarts etc. Have a look at the...
Check the warning log, perhaps this could give a clue to your problem.
What about CSW (Central Software) and firmware of the CPU-D5 board? Have you use the same revision on the new board?
