Hi
I had the initial crash right out of the box.
I had just finished registering it and was about to start installing software.
I started to run defrag on drive C (I have 2 hard drives) and it crashed to the blue screen. When I tried to reboot it wouldn't. I tried to get it to boot from the...
Hi
First I have to say that I'm a newbe in Premiere and I'm using Premiere Elements 3.
So I may not know what I’m talking about but I was trying to accomplish the same thing.
I divided the clip in 5 pieces, then I start the first long segment at 100% the next at 75% the center segment at 50%...
Hi everyone
Thanks for the information.
I didn't mean to imply that the computer is brand new, I have had it for a year and it works fine most of the time.
I have gotten used to the random freezes, so I save a lot when I'm working and I seldom get caught. But my old Dell 8200 never just...
Thanks for the input.
I have had a feeling that you are right about “Media Center Addition” for quite a while.
I have wished that I had not made that decision ever since I got this computer.
I was thinking about an upgrade to Windows Vista when it comes out to see if that would be an...
Hi everyone.
First:
I have bought Dell computers forever but my Dell XPS is the most unstable computer I have owned in years. Several reinstalls of Windows XP Media Center Addition have failed to have any effect. I named my computer HCS Titanic because it crashed the first time I turned it...
Hi everyone!
I just got Premiere Elements 3, after trying to use Video Wave. Video Wave almost drove me to drink, there were so many bugs I finally just removed it and gave up. I’m new to the whole video editing process and find this software very easy to use.
I love this program; it runs...
PS.
I do think the time has come to connect with Comcast (our only option) I hate to pay the money but now we have two computers and fight over who gets to use the connection. LOL

Actually I have used Juno for at least 8 years with no problem.
I play online games like WOW etc. with fairly good performance.
I think that the problem may be solved.
I installed Mozilla Fire Fox on her computer and have her connect with Windows dialer so that internet explorer doesn’t open...
My Nvidia Grforce 7800 GTX will run two monitors and really screems when it comes to gaming.
I can run pretty much anything maxed out.
Right now I am running Oblivion at 1920 by 1600 with everything maxed and it is smooth as silk.
As far as I know it will only display the game on the...
I am having a problem with my wife’s laptop computer that is kind of annoying.
My wife is using Juno dialup as her ISP but I don’t think that the problem has anything to do with them I have had this problem on other computers and other ISPs as well.
The problem is that when browsing it will...

I'm looking for a program that doesn't cost a lot that some of my friends can buy to create PDF image files.
The reason is…
I saved the same image a 7.5 by 10 at 300dpi and these are the file sizes that resulted.
Uncompressed .tif = 19.5mb
Compressed .tif = 15mb.
Jpg = 718 with some loss...
You might also consider using the guide lines to draw three boxes the size that you want the circles to be.
Then just drag the ellipse tool to the opposite corner to make concentric circles.
I.e. a 6" box a 4"box and a 2" box or what ever sizes you need.
If you need and odd size just make it...
I have started sending my photos via e-mail to friends as PDF files since I can send much higher quality images then I could in jpeg format.
Now everyone wants to know how they can save and send their photos in PDF format. Needles to say they don't want to spring for Photoshop CS.
Does anyone...
I recently bought a package from Roxio that included Media Creator 8 Deluxe, and a Dazzle DVC90. This is a USB 2 video capture device.
The dazzle device is recognized but imports badly corrupted video from my VCR.
After days of messing around with this device I have given up on it.
I found...

I purchased my wife a Dell XPS note book for her birthday.
It is the first computer we have had for her own personal use.
Now she won't tie up my computer doing her school grading etc. when I need to use it for my graphic arts business.
What I would like to do is get some kind of wireless...
I have a friend in his late 70s who is just now starting to use computers. Mostly just for E-Mail. His computer is an HP that has Windows ME as the operating system.
My question is about the password dialog box that appears every time the computer boots. You have to select the “Cancel”...
I can't see any visible reason for the line, the scanner is clean and everything looks normal.
I just checked it again and the line is much fainter then it was last night, at first I thought it had disappeared, but it is still there but very faint.
Since it seems to be getting better I guess...
