yeah, she said it popped up some error, which she has no proof of, and the the folder disappeared, I tried some 3rd party repair tools but it doesn't seem to be working.

I have user that lost a folder in her pst. It's gone, does anyone have or know of a recovery tool that will bring back lost folders or recover lost data. i've already tried the scanpst.exe
