Thanks Kingtyrone. The service account Backup Exec is using is a member of the local administrator group on the remote server and a member of the Domain admins. The account is valid and okay.

It appears one of your databases has no folder of its own. Check that all databases has a seperate folder to keep thier tranasction logs.
