    MSi loading for every user as they open Office for first time

    You can try to create a user with admin privs, run the installer for each componenet of office as that user. Then go into my computer properties, profiles, and copy that users profile to the default user profile. Then, each new user that logs in should be able to fire up word, exce, etc...
