I appreciate the information. However, synchronize MWI doesn't clear our issues. I'm wondering if there are some services that can be toggled on the Unity to reset the MWI's - without having to reboot the Unity server?
Thanks again for your reply
Hello ~
We are running CCM 6.1 with Unity 4.2 with Exchange.
We continue to have MWI issues quite frequently. This seems to occur every two weeks. It's my assumption that the Exchange folks are loading patches to their Exchange servers. These Unified Messaging users are the only one's being...

We're experiencing miss-dialed calls to 911. It appears as if our end users are inadvertently miss-dialing when they're actually trying to process a long distance call. I'm thinking along the lines of having a route pattern to recognize the 911 plus the remaining 7 or 8 digits...

I continue to receive this alert massage from my local Call Manager; Number of RouteListExhausted events exceed 0 within 60 minutes. I have 32 locations on this cluster so I need to know which site is kicking this error out. I do realize this can be caused from a miss-dial. Can...

I have an application to setup a door intercom ssytem with our Cisco 4.1 Call Manager. When the delivery person presses the intercom button, it needs to dial x6300 (shared line) on the 7961 sets
Greetings ~ I have a new site we're turning up on Cisco CallManager. We're using the 7961G-GE phones. I have administrative users that will need to "share lines". I figured out how to activate the "Privacy Feature". The trouble I'm having is to NOT show the caller ID when the call is placed on...
Greetings Gang ~ I have an open issue with our installations of Cisco 2851 series routers being installed a 19" rack system. The issues I'm having are the electrical panels for these new locations are slotted to be installed in the same 5'x 8' room. There will be less than 3' clearance from the...
Hey John ~ I have our billing group working this with our local Telco vendor, Qwest. In the interim I wanted to get this blocked on the Nortel as well.
Thanks for the quick reply!
Greetings All ~ I have a Nortel Opt-11C running Succesion 4.0; is there a way to block inbound calls? We're experiencing collect calls from an external source. I have collected the phone numbers I need to block.
Thanks for the Support!

Hawks ~ I appreciate the reply. However, setting the AAA will effect all incomming calls to this set. We're looking for the 2 way voice-call only on a as needed basis.
Thanks

I have a Nortel Opt 11C running Succession 4.0 and I need to setup a 2 way HANDSFREE voice call. I setup two sets with the Hot D feature. I programmed as key 11 with HOT D 4 1009 1007 MARP V 0 and the other set with key 11 HOT D 4 1007 1009 MARP V 0. When I place the call on hotline...
Greetings ~ I have a Meridian 81C running Succession 4.0 and I have an ongoing issue with call redirects from our break room single line phones to the attendant console. The attendant will receive the calls and hear someone's voicemail messages. It seems as if the break-room single line sets do...
Greetings ~ I have a Nortel 81c networked with several remote sites as well as in-house Rockwell. I'm using 4 digit DID on key-0 (5000) and 5 digit on key-1 (75000). The challenges I now have is the Rockwell has incorporated 7500~7599. I need to have the Nortel users be able to dial the 4 digit...
Yeah - first off, I'll need a script to work off of. Like I mentioned, I have the downloaded 200 sets in an excel sheet dumped from the old location. I want to retain their entire profile but change their TN's and DES. I'm real green on this "mail merge" format. Isn't there a script that will...
Greetings - I have an TN import file of 200 Nortel 3904 sets that I need to import into a differant 81C switch. I realize I just need to change the TN's to reflect the new TN's then use Aspect script file to import into the new 81C. Does anyone have a sample script file?
