Do not run in Cache mode unless you are Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. I have seen serrors (especially with multiple profiles) when running in cached mode using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2000 (such as "Exchange Server currently running in recovery mode") -mrnewsguy
I have an answer for a specific instance for the "Exchange Server is running in recovery mode" error. If you are using Outlook 2003 and exchange 2000 check the profile of the user account. There is a setting for running in cached mode, if this is checked , delete the profile and re-create it...
