Thank you all so much. I am going to start changing all service classes to 1. I get so many calls on expiring passwords because the employees don't understand that they can enter a new password when it expires. I am going to instruct them today. Thanks again.- lumurray

I was thinking that it was in the COS but my chart didn't list any information about passwords and the length of retention. Do you have any idea what the password retention is for service class 7? Thanks so much- lumurray

We have an old Norstar Startalk; I don't even know what model. I would guess that it's about 8 years old now. We are having passwords expire on the mailboxes and we have to change the passwords. I thought that years ago, I was told how to go in and change the length of password retention but...- lumurray
