I have had this problem. The RPC Backup for Exchange service should be configured AGAIN. Make sure you are logged in as the same user as the ARCserver Administrator and configure the Backup Agent for Exchange --- then and this is important --- you must stop and start the RPC service again...
I have exactly the same problem, and I am at a loss. Sometimes the brick levels work and sometimes they don't. I get the same message now for a few days - Brick level not available in full system backup (but it's not an error message which distrubs me).
