Unfortunately we always have this kind of problem here in Brazil in some pbx. The only solution is RFEXI, but in BC12 I think the system will ask for reload, so it's very dangerous if you don't have any valid dump on HDU.

You're right, we always log off operator before restart anything. And RFEXI is not usual, only in case of blocked operator in busy state. But it's a simple system, only 1 lim with 3 magazines. So RFEXI doesn't affect very much all the system.
