How can one come a legitimate Progress 4gl developer?
I am working in a company that uses progress 4gl. But i know of some companies that are willing to buy licenses for a runtime of progress but not the development tool. Can the programs developed by a programmer who "shares" development licenses with others, legal?- jodelRoss
