I like your thinking obtsystems, the problem I have has been in a rest home, and the management advised me that the extn belonged to a resident who hardly uses their phone. I didn't hear from them today, so I'm taking that as a good sign.

Hi, Thanks for you reply, could you explain in a little more detail please. I do have 'DISA no dial mode' set to 'intercept', and 'CO incoming' extns(3 of them) set to 'immediate' which phone will ring first? How can I get them of them in that group to all ring after the OGM is played?

I will explain as best I can, all is working well except when a call comes in on trunk 4, after an OGM (for trunk 4) is played to the caller and the caller doesn't selected any of the three extns (222,217,216)the extn phones don't ring correctly (none ring!)
