it must be PTR record:
the "real" IP address backwords see example for mail.yahoo.com 64.156.215.8
8.215.156.64.in-addr.arpa name = mta-5.level3.mail.yahoo.com
It could be PTR record. the destination server checks if your source IP has PTR record (DNS-reverse lookup). since you probably don't have it you get this error message

there are 2 options you should play with:
Enable SIP Transformations
Enable H323Transformations
try to check/uncheck them. it also depends on the Sonic Firmware - if it's too old it currupts the packets.

I guess I do - I never touched it.
But note - the sender is OL2003, not the recipient.
The recipient gets the attachment when it is being sent from a differnt PC and OL2000.

I have user with OL2003 when he sends an excel attachment to a certain recipient, the mail arrives without the attachment and no message indicated the attachment is lost.
When we try to send it through OL2000/SP3 it reaches the recipient successfully
