    when i click in control panel it flashes

    in my windows 2000 when i click in control panel it flashes for 2 sec but no program closes. In event viewer shows "The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted." my sophos antivirus shows no virus!! If anybody can help, please do!!!

    R&RA Kills my Network

    When i try to access through RAS the whole network from my laptop with windows XP, i cannot able to connect the Local clients. It says, that i don´t have the permission to access them. Am I missing something simple? Can anybody help me? thanks
