Time out sending email to some external addresses
Also had this same problem....it turned out that our DNS Servers had cached information for the domain that was not receiving email and they had made DNS changes. Once we flushed our DNS Server's cache we resolved the new servers and everything worked.- stuhall8

Is it worth it?
As an alternative to Linux you can also use: http://www.terminalsoft.net/ Just get a bootable network CD, edit a config file and off you go. TermServices is supposed to be completely revamped in 2003 SP1. I even saw a powerpoint that said it would include some load balancing options. If...- stuhall8
