    I just got a new keyboard where the Windows key and Alt key are reversed, and want to switch them back. KeyTweak (http://www.freewareweb.com/cgi-bin/archive.cgi?ID=1698) is freeware, but doesn't work on Windows ME. TradeKeys from PCMag looks good, but it costs $19.95 (for a year's membership)...
