Maxtor diagnostic gives me an error! Please Help
Is "driveimage" part of a package, I couldn't find it on the symantec site. Right now I can boot windows, and am able to copy certain files from the bad drive, but as soon as I even click on certain files, then the machine freezes and I have to reboot. I did try something called...- minghia

Hey guys, I have a 120GB Maxtor SATA hard drive, and Maxtor's diagnostic software reports an error Y3JS57 on it. I'd like to be able to just transfer the data out of there. In WindowsXP, when I boot I see the drive but after a while the drive just disappears. I think I need a floppy-disk based...- minghia
