    Phaser 350 Fault 15, 004. 45: 71669

    I have similar problem and cheched the cable that goes to the drum heater... it indicates an open. My question is how to get the heater out (phaser 360). Which steps do I have to take? I also noticed an (old fashioned) heater behind the fan on the right side of the printer...with cut off wires...
