Brightstor Exchange agent error E8602

Brightstor Exchange agent error E8602
We are using the Brightstor Exchange agent to backup an Exchnage 2000 server. When doing the brick level backup we recieve the following error on one mailbox. E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=\\Server1:\Individual Mailboxes\User Name\Inbox, EC=FS1:Backup Agent Error -- (366)...- mdsulli
