User missing menu bar
Yeah, that's what we eventually did - and it worked. I just can't for the life of me figure out how he lost his menu bar. I did everything I could to loose mine just to reproduce the problem. Oh, well, if it happens again we know what to do. Thanks!- fortra

No, its Win2k/sp4. I have tried what you suggested and the menu is nowhere to be seen. We also just did a clean install (uninstall - delete BO folder - reinstall) and the menu is STILL not showing.- fortra

User missing menu bar
A user is missing there menu bar (File|Edit| etc.) If I use the alt + F, etc, I can see the drop down portion of the menu as if it were descending out of the BusObj caption of the window, however, I can't seem to get the menu to return, or become visible. I can't seem to reproduce the issue on...- fortra
