When you say 'pack' do you mean the cards that are fitted into the switch. I am unfamiliar with the terminology at the moment. My switch has a TN2214B pack? from which all my digital lines are run from. Thanks again for your help, Ashley

Thanks for the help. I have set the station type to 7406+ and this does not make any difference. All my Lucent phones only have 2-wire connections. Do you know what changes are required to support 4-wire phones.
