    Client Agent through a firewall

    I was having the same problem of "Failed to login to the Agent" on my Arcserve 2000 to NT 4.0 server. I fixed it by hard coded the IP address on the NT 4.0 server Backup agent. Now I could connect to the server via agent. Hope this help.
