we used to do this years ago with an old Mosaix dialler that was setup as predictive intelligent, it had a list of numbers that were gathered ie Mobile, Home, Work etc and dialled on time of day, so Mobile all the time 8-8, work 9-5pm and home 5-9pm and 8-9am

So far not impressed with UIP, Aspect dont seem to know the product that well, and constantly tweaking and code modding to get the thing to be reliable...which it aint. Good product in principal, perhaps not quite ready yet
we are using it as a 30 seat dialler
I cant think of a way to do this...I would say thats its down the call center managers to manage their agents, we have banned cold transfers and run reports to see when they are used and come down heavily on the agents.

never managed it myself, as the agent data and application data are 2 diffrent tables in the DB
supergroup, you can filter 2 groups and that will give you the effect of the supergroup
no its nots possible to show dialed digits either

We got over this by pushing the transfers through a different cct/app and didn't include it in the reporting, you could do a similar with the canvas by having a field with transfer app and do a calculation to take away from the originating

app 2 transfers
do a calculation...
I have a 9.3 with redundant voice and haven't noticed anything, the redundancy is only on the initial setup, it copies the file from 1 server to another, check the length of the announcement and then play the announcement and time the speech, I wonder if you have some dead air in there.

I used to use this years ago, stop the programs, change the clock and restart is the only way, another tip is to restart the programs nightly, report runner bugs out when it has run 500 reports, if I remember rightly I used to reboot the machine 1 hour before my reports were due to start, use...

I am new to ce10, I was using seagate 7,5 really well and am trying to get my head around a problem with ce10, I have added a data source in business view manager and it works fine if I view the report and run it, when I go to schedule it the new data source isn't in the ACD dynamic...

when I click on view for a eport on the 6100 it fails to open with an aspnet error, asp 2.0.5 is installed etc as is msoffice..anybody come across this before? it runs on my laptop ok, this is a new user running xp sp2

Realtime must be on as the realtime is coming through internally (dialing the 4 digit path number), also the agents logged in etc is working
must have missed something out somewhere...trawl through me thinks

This is on a 3300 with 6100 and IP boards on an internal call, the wallboards are updating to show calls inbound/waiting etc, on an external call, its not showing up on the 6100 or the boards or reports, is this COS on the inbound trunks??
