I do not believe Norton 2003 or Norton 2004 AV is compatible with Windows NT. On the Norton web site in the compatibility table, the latest edition compatible is 2002 anti virus.

I know I checked the Macola infomine. 35602 error occurred That's it. What I did was delete the user and recreate the user, and now no problem but still it would be nice to know the cause. Thanks Wayne

We are on PWE 7.5.103F. One of my users when she logs in with her username and password gets a 35602 error box. If she clicks the error box four or five times it lets her in. How can we fix? Thanks Wayne
