Citrix disconnection issues with SSL VPN

Program Neighborhood Version 9.230
I have had to go in and delete the contents of c:\Program Files\Citrix to do the clean install of the client. ICA client settings are sometimes still in there. (.ini files and such) Had the same problem with Citrix Secure Access VPN.- Sportz
