How do you incoprerate DOSPRN 1.79 and QBASIC

WINDOWS 2000/WINDOWS 98SE DUAL BOOT SYSTEM
I AM RUNNING WINDOWS 2000 WHICH HAS (1) OPERATIONAL VERSION AND (1) CORRUPTED VERSION. I WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE THE CORRUPTED VERSION AND INSTALL WINDOWS 98SE AS THE SECONDARY OS.
