Corrupt PGPdisk?...
Well, I also have the EXACT same problem. One of my large pgpdisk wont open anymore with the password. User & kind info are gone. This happend after I did scrubbing my system. SOmehow some file is deleted, maybe the same when you reinstall windows. I have found no solution of this problem...- danz5556
