    Delay in opening attachments

    We had our database on a local RAID of our exchange server and thinking that possibly that might be the problem, we moved the private and the public databases to a SAN drive and the problem is still there. We haven't made any changes to the network. The wierd thing is that this doesn't happen...

    Attachments Slow to Open

    Were you able to resolve this issue? I am having this same problem and I can't seem to resolve it. I have disabled the 2 3rd Party s/w that I have installed and it still is slow in opening attachments. Especially, excel spreadsheets. Any help would be much appreciated!!

    Exchange 2000 slowness with attachments

    I am having this same exact issue. Ever since I migrated my company over to exchange 2K from Groupwise, we now have issues with attachments taking forever to open. Especially, excel worksheets. Did you ever find a solution to this? I am at a standstill right now and can't figure this out...
