    I have a user that when trying to print her emails, the printers will disapear. If I have her restart her computer the printers will reapear. After awhile of using her email and she tries to print again the printers will disapear again. She was using Outlook 98', so I upgraded her to Outlook...

    Have you tried to reboot the printer. My thought is that a buffer on the printer has junk in it. I had this same problem and I reinstalled the printer on my computer and rebooted the printer. Worked like a charm!
