Thanks biv343,
The remote package has been configured for PSTN and VOIP access and applied.
I have figured it out. I had to configured the VOIP to be public not privite. (I have segment half to be privite for the interoffice dialing and public for PSNT access).
Currently, I'm trying to...
I have a SRG50 V3 connected to CS1K. When the CS1K send the number to the SRG via IPTrunks it is sending it as E.164/National. I have tried different combination to receive the digits as National but cannot get it to work. Can someone post the correct setting on the SRG to receive...
My recommendation is to program a hunt group with that DN. Assign the target line to it and have it overflow to VM. Assign the HG to the set. This method will allow internal and external call dial that extension and if no one picks up (also apply if the phone is unplugged), it will roll to VM.
I have several PRI Tie line from Option 81c to CISCO. I was wondering if there a way to prevent a continuous loop on the M1. If so, how.
This is the only reference that I could find on this topic,
MCDN ICCL – ISDN Call Connection Limitation. Limits the number of hops to a defined transit...

Currently, I have 2 Dual PRI card in Core 1 and 1 MSDL card. In Cord 2, I have 3 Dual PRI card and 1 MDSL card. I'm trying to add an additional MSDL card and Dual PRI card. Do I install the PRI card in core 0 and the second MSDL card in core 1? The open slot in core 0 is 3 and core...
I have setup BCM to BCM via IP trunks (non-centralized VM) without MCDN and it still display CLID and CPND. I believe that centralized VM will also work without MCDN. (Have not tried this nor can I verify anti-tromboning)
As a stated earlier, I believe the only time you will need MCDN is when...
From my understanding of MCDN; you do not need this keycode if it's BCM <---IP Trunk--->BCM. You will only need MCDN if you are going BCM <---IP Trunk---> M1.
Please let me know if I'm wrong.
Anyone ever get this message connecting to the router on a bcm50a?
"The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server."
I've tried rebooting, and reseting the BCM. The only thing that I have not done was the do a level 2 reset.
Network: There is no proxy server on the...

Had this happen to me:
Fix for me:
Can you dial the VM DN?
If you can't, than you have to ini bcm voicemail.
If you can...sorry can't help you there.
Thx Biv343...
I know the limitation of the BCM and its HG. I was thinking in the line of a third party software that: calls came in and is/will be answer to some sort of AA, while that person is on hold, (3rd party software) will call an external "agent" based on caller ID and will hunt down...

Is there a way that I can program a “hunt group” with members external to the system (mobile phone)? Ex. Calls get routed to this hunt group and there are 5 members in this group that is on there cell. The call will first attempt to transfer the call to the first member and after 3...

Firnut1,
re:
mad006, so what did you from happening again did you get them from hacking your NAM.if so please help.
If your system is connect to the PSTN there always be a way. All we can do is to change our pwd every so often and check the MB report. There's really no point of putting a CRD...
Firenut1,
The NT patch is just another way of disabling redirecting in the NAM. Your best bet is to log in the NAM via NRU. Once your in, disable redirect, deny access for route/pool out dialing for all MB. Run a report to see all MB and delete the ones that your DB. (note: all MB that you...
