    that is my intention, but i'm not sure exactly where to begin. my assumption is that once the messages are moved from the server and placed in a local pst file, they are removed completely from the server.

    thanks!... i've set up shortcuts for some of the sites, but for others, this will not work. when these sites were designed, all of the image references use the complete domain name. therefore, they don't show up on the internal network, and it's the same with a good bit of links. changing them...

    thanks!... fortunately, i was able to solve this problem yesterday... i actually had the idea to mount the drive in linux and remove them, but i really don't know how well linux can deal with ntfs partitions, so i didn't... i eventually ended up just using the command line... i can't remember...

    okay... figured it out... mssql uses collations for character sets... i set the columns to whatever they should be... traditional spanish, dictionary sort in my case... but is there a general ( very general ) collation that could be used that includes all latin based languages?...
