Thanks for the tip Glen. didn't help I'm afraid. Anyone else have any ideas. is this one of those crappy MS bugs?- willc01

Help. My Dell laptop is running W2k and O2k. I used outlook last week, all ok. Fired up on sunday evening and as the app opens I get 'OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.'. I can't find the error...- willc01
