Problem:
I have a user that when he tries to view the properties and tries to print to this shared printer, he gets the following Explorer.exe error:
Fuction Address 0X77F755e9 caused a protection fault.

We are unable to get the test file server to send the alerts to the DSM. When we send a test alert, it sends it to the local ALERT but not to the DSM ALERT. Very frustrating!!
Has anyone been able to get Brightstor BEB 10.5 to report to and be managed by Unicenter?? What little documentation I can find just leaves me staring at the screen in disbelief!
