If you are having the Cali phone system connect to the 500 people system, you may not need a new voicemail. Just house the 12 people at the 500 site. A T1 between the 2 systems would make things a lot easer.

I have had this same problem. Menu 20, then 5 for misc. utilities, 2 for garbage collect select long and all. This will clear up the problem. I would suggest you do this monthly to avoid any future problems.
Does anyone know how to install codes into the symposium/Opt 11c to allow management to know why an agent went into not ready state? For example, not ready reason 1, smoke break, reason 2 nap time.....
