We are currently migrating users from XP to Windows 7 Pro.
When using CMS supervisor R16.3 we are experiencing issues when running real time reports where they freeze (Not responding).
We then have to restart CMS supervisor for the user to logon back onto CMS.
Wondering if you had come across...
I set up a skill exception under the Time call has waited in queue. For some reason it only triggers the exception once within the interval (30 minutes)
I found the following description on Skill/Time call has waited:-
This is the total acceptable time any call in queue remains unanswered before...

I am kinda new to it and would like to know the type of database it is and how you are connecting to it.
