hi again mr.hgtjr, there's a naming convention for NDPSBroker, NDPSPrinter and Agent have you followd those??? and also the total name should not exceed some limit..in certain configurations.. i forgot the exact convention.. first let me know what are your broker,printer,agent,NDPSmanager...- malleswarnd77

Mr.MgtJr, First Check the workstation's OS, where that particular user is logging in. and make sure that the Printer Drivers are added/available in RMS in NDPS Broker for that particular workstation's OS.
