    i have xp on my system----dell and isp provider keep saying talk to the other guy. i can repair my local area connection- say's its able to. the modem r45 cable talks to nic but want recieve ip address stays 0.0.0.0 and sub mask as well any advice-------???? already did ipconfig/ all renew...
