    A user just reported the error to me today. She has Noron Systems Work 2003 installed, but the antivirus has expired. I tried to remove it but, can't be removed via Add/Remove Programs. No, I haven't use any registry cleaner, yet. What is a good one?

    I use Outlook 2002 (POP3) to access my email from an Exchange 5.5 w/NT4SP6 Whenever someone within the company send me a message, the format change to plain text messages. When I get emails from people outside of the company the messages come through perfectly. Any ideas why this is happening?
