OK, problem solved. It was related with permissions associated to arcserve system account.

We installed a new backup server with Windows Server 2003 SP1 and Brightstor v9 (build 2200). We use SQL as our asdb. Every time we do a backup, we only see the sessions information and no detail in any of the sessions (even if Record Detail Information is selected in the Global Options)...

I created a CD using the ISO image (ESX 2.1.2) that I downloaded from the VMware site, but the CD won't boot. If I use any different bootable CD in the server, it works. Anyone experiencing the same or having a solution?

Right on ACiDelic! I had to enter an SQL account to expand and select the databases, but to start the backup I had to enter an NT account with rights to backup. Thanks again steel1331
