    Win2k has an excellent ICS system. Much easier to setup than Win98. I would recommend if possible that you put the 2nd network card in the Win2k machine and make it the ICS machine. If you can't do that for whatever reason, then your existing Win98 ICS should work fine with your Win2k machine...
