Funnilly enough 2.8.3! I don't understand why other agents are not affected. I duplicated the 1st agent ID, got the user to login with it, phone re-booted. I'm going to try "ad ag n" and use an ID not related (programming-wise) to the original and see what happens. Although looking at your...- MadBeef

I have encountered this phenomenon as mentioned by thread 690-1276481, My agent presses his "login" feature key, then keys in his agent id. When he keys in the last digit his phone reboots, when the phone comes back the agent is in "aux" and the phone works as per normal. Typically this does...- MadBeef
