Here is the story in detail. Same exchange server but we are moving from existing POP3\SMTP IP address to new IP addresses. we installed new e-mail gateway. All outlook express users are using leave a copy on server option. Now when they change to new POP3 address and click send receive will getting their old mail agin from exchange server. How do we stop downloading previous mail to outlook express with changed POP3...- rsabbineni
