    SQL 7 / 2000 Connection / Registration

    Can a SQL 7 box find/connect/register/see a SQL 2000 box? A client wants to be able to push a replication up to a SQL 2000 box from their SQL 7 box. We believe we have a properly configured network connection, but when SQL 7 tries to register the 2000 box it fails to connect.
