Krissie, if you want to import all your emails to a different pc. you'll be able to find a download over the internet which will help you to backup your personal folders. it will also tell you where you can find your outlook personal folders. it is just 1 *.pst file.- jonamy

Thank you for your reply Luc! I have done that already, I've added all the users in the host computer of the printer. Their names there are the same as what they use to log on locally to their own computer. But the password is different. Still, I'm having the same problem when they open...- jonamy
