You know, I started out thinking it was the desktops or the office installs, however, it just stopped happening one day. I believe changes were made at the Exchange Server level that filtered to the desktops. I truly believe it starting happening right after the SP3 install on the Exchange...
I've been running into a very random issue with Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002 with an Exchange 2000 Server SP3.
New emails are not showing up until there is some activity in the client by the user, such as clicking on a folder, opening an old email, etc.... and no new mail indicator is...
