Your best bet would be to get Netformx's Cisco Network Designer. They have every icon (chassis/modules) for all cisco gear. VIsio Error #3400
Thanks for the info. I got Microsoft on the horn and asked then what was the problem. Apparently it is a known bug in visio that if it crashes or if the machine is turned off with files open that there is a 98% chance of Visio eating some if not all of your data. Here is a good one for you guys. I had three visio 2000 files open on my machine. I left for the day and my PC was mysteriously powered off.
