You would need IPCC Express to do this as it would need some 'if' condition tests in the script to determine which prompt to play. I believe IPCC Express/CRS is included with Callmanager 4.0 now.

This is simple. You just create a forward lookup zone on the DNS server inside your network called mpl.com and add host records for mail, www and whatever else you need them to be able to access whilst on the inside.
