Did you install the php?. do not use $find, instead use $locate php.ini

You cannot use "oninit -ivy" if it's already initialized. just use 'oninit -y ' if it's previously configured.

You can find it in /u/www/conf/php/php.ini. This is the default directory where the php.ini initially installed. Use "$ locate php.ini" if you're using linux.

Hi All, I've already resolved the problem. The problem is not on sqlhosts nor .netrc. The problem is on setting up the php.ini file. INFORMIXSERVER,username and password should have default values instead of null strings. Thanks anyways.. tungaw

I would suggest, you give up the NT admin and focus on Unix Admin.

create a file named hosts.equiv on your /etc directory and add the ff: your_remote_machine your_user or verify your $INFORMIXSERVER if correct.
